Resident Boarding Assistant

Required for Autumn Term 2017

We are looking for a Boarding Assistant to join one of our Middle School Houses, starting September / October 2017.  Candidates will be enthusiastic and caring and will join a team looking after our four Middle School Houses of approximately fifty girls each, approximately half of whom are boarders.   The team shares responsibility for the well-being and welfare of the pupils as well as domestic and administrative duties associated with life in a boarding house.  Essential qualities of a Boarding Assistant are a good sense of humour, enjoyment of working with teenage girls, stamina, and computer literacy.  This post would suit someone interested in pursuing a career in education or the caring profession.
